Dear Guru Rasa,

It's nice to see people responding to emails now. I don't consider myself enlightened yet because I don't really know what it is yet :) I think what most people that read your articles forget is that you are speaking in general terms when it comes to comments about the sexes etc. Also you are giving your own views based upon your own experiences. Your articles on Gurus from Hell are a warning that this can happen, not that you are attacking those particular gurus. When I joined up here it was for guidance, direction and help. I have been getting that from you. I have been going around in spiritual circles for long enough. You have given me something to strive for that is meaningful and real. I have felt and seen the results in my own life. I have seen these sort of arguments in other Matriarchy groups, where the men AND women can't agree in certain things and accusations fly. I don't know whether you have experienced all these things that you have said, but I choose to believe. I have never seen Mary or Jesus, MOST people have never seen Them either yet they believe. It's all a question of faith and trust. If these two ingredients are not prominent in their devotion to whichever 'GOD' they worship then they will become unhappy and move away.

At the moment I am working towards enlightenment. I don't know whether it will be flicked on like a switch, I don't know how I will experience it. There is no doubt that men have stuffed up this world and continue to do so. If, through enlightenment, I will be able to make a positive contribution to the world and the world I live in then that is what I want.

Yes the pictures on your site sometimes confuse me, they remind me of femdom and sex. BUT, if I take a step back and think, it seems to me that you are deliberately trying to bait me, to see how I think, with my top head or bottom head. I still desire BDSM etc, I still hanker after my fetishes, but they are ME and for me, not for everyone else. For me enlightenment would be when I realise that I'm part of a whole, and not just a human whole either, that I'm an insignificant speck in all that is. I want to do something and be something positive for the world and those around me.

I have always said that I choose to leave most of the thinking up to Women, because most male thinking is flawed by patriarchal thinking. I hope I have made some sense here.

INTRODUCTION
JULY 15^TH 2005

Dear Rasa,

I am a married male and believe (have done for about 10 years) in Matriarchy, although I came to believe from a different direction initially. My wife and I live in South Africa which as you may know has the highest rate of rape in the world. (much to my horror).

I have belonged to many Matriarchy groups over the years and the basics are all the same, but I needed to learn more. To help where I could somehow. My religion has been towards the pagan and Wicca over the last 15 years, but still I haven't been able to find my direction. Christianity as a religion, for me, lacked something which caused my search for answers.

It seems I have found, at last, what I have been looking for for some years now, in your religion.

For the last 12 months or so our life has basically collapsed, losing jobs, going basically bankrupt (the authorities don't know though), having to sell our home, having a business fail etc etc. I chatted to a superior lady about this and whether my devotion to Goddess Kali was the problem. She suggested that I should pray to Mary instead and that Kali might be the cause. (only to later tell me that that isn't what she had meant)Anyway I started to pray to Goddess Mary and felt immediate peace. My troubles didn't stop but at least I wasn't ripe for a heart attack. Every night I pray to Her and thank Her for another day. (I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly but do believe that She knows my sincerity is true). Things are slowly starting to turn around, we aren't out of the woods by any means, but there is now hope and confidence.

I have always felt it more appropriate to worship a Goddess rather than a God, but wasn't sure if I was correct and worried about negative results and punishment. (maybe the last 12 months or so of it).

Now that I worship Mary I feel better and more positive.

In South Africa things are changing. Yes we do have one of the highest crime rates in the world but I think there are reasons for this. Firstly patriarchy is being diminished (thanks to the great Mandela) we now have a female vice president, women are achieving more reaching higher and becoming powerful. ( I think the males see this as a threat, hence the highest rape rate and incidences of abuse) We have one of the best, if not the best, constitutions in the world. Males are losing power, they are frightened. It will take time but I do think that we might have one of the first Matriarchies in the world. It may take a generation or two but I sure hope I'm around when it happens. Women are showing us how things are done now.

I have many more things to discuss but will leave them for another time.

Thank you for affirming my new feelings and beliefs by starting this religion. I finally feel I have found my path and direction.

We have recently moved into a house that we are renting. We have no spare cash at all, in fact our debts far outweigh our income. We had to sell our house etc, etc. So far we have had a few homeless people come to our door asking for money or food. We have given to most, a bit of cash but mostly food. We haven't given to everyone though, we just couldn't. A month later, last Friday in fact, one of our daughters arrived on our doorstep with half a months worth of groceries. (we didn't ask for it). It may be significant that I joined your group recently and have prayed every day and night to Goddess Mary.

It would be wonderful to believe that this is a consequence.

Dear Rasa,

I do need guidance about how to pray to Mother Mary. I'm not sure what to call Her...Mother, Goddess, God, Lord.

What I have asked for is for Her to work from my inside out, so that I reflect her love and light from inside, so that those around me can 'see' and feel it. I also thank Her for another day, for managing to get some sleep at night etc.

Not sure if this is correct. It's more like a conversation with Her. Does She require certain rituals and sayings?

OH.. and how should I address you?!

Dear Spiritual Mother

I did a search on the internet for the Holy Rosary and saved all the information. Would I be correct in assuming that Your religion is very similar to the Catholic religion? The difference being that the flawed hierarchy has been replaced by pure thinking? For some years now I have had no time for the pope and his fawning subordinates. Firstly they are all males and secondly a lot of them seem to be corrupt and/or tend to abusing small boys. (maybe I'm being a bit harsh).

During my search on Your site last night I read about Your definitions of dreams. Since I can recall I have always had very clear and vivid dreams every night. Last night a huge wave (wall of water), so high that it actually wiped out a light aircraft. In the plane was an old and contented looking couple. The scene then changed to a nearby island where a young man had been chained by his wrists to a veranda post. I went to warn him about the wave and he showed me his chains. I realized that I could free him if I could cut through the cross beam. He told me where to find a saw. I quickly cut the beam on either side of the post and as he lifted his wrists over the end of the post and freed himself the dream ended. Unfortunately I have never kept a book of dreams, well by now it would be a volume of books :)

I hope You had a wonderful and fulfilling Guru day! I say as many Hail Mary's as I can during the day. I saw a client yesterday and was so relaxed, it was amazing. In fact it looks like a definite sale :) Since I learned about You and joined Your groups positive things are happening. Oh remember I told You about our daughter that bought us half a months' worth of groceries? Well last night she went gambling with R100 and promptly won the money she has spent on the groceries.(R1000)

I had been without work for 10 months and out of desperation started my own business, with my wife. We sell VoxTelecom VoIP equipment, saving our clients a lot of money on their phone bills. I had looked for work during those 10 months but I'm over 40, male and white. That may not sound bad but in the new South Africa that is a distinct disadvantage. If I were black I would have had a job a long time ago. Anyway I feel everything has a purpose/reason in life.

I still have a lot to learn about You and Mary, Avatars etc and will be doing a lot of reading and praying.

I was thinking of promoting You in some other groups that I belong to, matriarchy groups.
